Following the announcement by the Government we can confirm that we are operating but our normal opening hours may be subject to change**.  If you require your vehicle to be serviced or repaired during this time we are happy to discuss arrangements with you

To that end the actions we have taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff are as follows:

We are continuing our collection and delivery service

You can leave the keys in a secure place for our driver to collect. Our staff will be wearing gloves and taking other protective methods.  Payment for the work carried out can be settled by card over the phone and a receipt left with the paperwork in your car.

Courtesy Cars

We are still providing the use of courtesy cars.  The cars are being cleaned between customers use to ensure hygiene levels are maintained.

Safety of staff and customers

• Taking steps to ensure the welfare of our team, including updating staff on the current Government advice for those who develop symptoms to stay home and self-isolate..
• We are operating a ‘no contact’ policy, reception areas are closed. Keys are to be deposited through the letterbox in an envelope or bag marked with your registration number during working hours only.
• Deployment of anti-bacterial hand sanitisers and hand wipes in the business.
• Regular disinfection of vehicle door handles, gear knobs and steering wheels
  
• The use of internal protection covers and the wearing of protective gloves used by service advisors and technicians.
